The Association is always look at new ways to help fundraise and seek out different opportunities (through grants etc), to provide new equipment, educational resources and to assist with the general maintain and up keep at the two apiary sites.
Recently, the Association was able to purchase a new large marquee, for use at the Shugborough Apiary. The marque is a great edition, which means we can host the honeybee experience days, beginners course, and various socials and subgroup meetings, whatever the weather.
In additional the Association has registered with AmazonSmile, which is a website operated by Amazon. It has the same selection of products as on amazon.co.uk. but when you shop through smile.amazon.co.uk, Amazon will donate 0.5% of the net purchase price of eligible purchases to the Association.
