An introduction into Honeybees, why we keep them, and what it’s like inside the hive!
Our Honeybee Experience Day is aimed at those who are unfamiliar with the workings of a beehive and have never handled bees before. Our Experience Day includes a practical hands on experience, you will spend time in the Apiary, open an active colony of bees, and see how a colony works. There will be drinks, snacks and an opportunity to meet other likeminded enthusiasts and experienced beekeepers.
